I wanted to take a moment to thank you
for the most important role you played in helping
me place my troubled son, Joseph, in a safe and secure environment. Our family had struggled with Joseph's negative
behavior for over a year and were at our wits end. I
made the decision to place my son in a therapeutic
boarding
school, after finally
accepting the fact that this was the very best option and
screening many, many schools.
I realized that getting him there was a major obstacle. My
son began to run away from home and
I didn't know how he would
react. I contacted an agency
the school recommended and was put in touch
with Frank. I felt at ease taking with Frank in the very
beginning. He was willing to help me with virtually no notice. He advised me not to tell my son he was going.
This was very difficult but was the absolute best way
to handle this. You called me several times
before you came to North Carolina. You arrived ahead
of schedule and I was lucky enough to spend some time
with you. You were sympathetic
and
understanding. Both of you are are true professionals who
handled the entire ordeal exactly as I had hoped. My
son was startled but not upset when they took him.
They allowed me to wake him and they sat down with him and explained what
was going on. They called me a long the way and when they arrived. I had no
doubt they would get him there safely, with
as
little emotional trauma as possible and they did just
that. I was blessed to have these two individuals
assist me.
I would highly recommend them and would be
happy to provide a reference. My son is doing ok and finally getting the help he desperately
needed to straighten out his life and return to
his family. Again, thank you for providing me the emotional support I needed
to follow
thru with my decision. You're the best!

Just a note to express our gratitude and tell you how
impressed J... and I was with your
service which we used this weekend of May 7th.
The two agents with whom we dealt with were superb. Frank
calmed me down very much
when he called me the day before we met. Then we met Frank
and Craig in the hotel the
next evening. Both men put us completely at ease which helped
us get through a sleepless
night.
We didn't know how our son would react. Thankfully, it went
incredibly well as we also had
our younger son with us in another room.
You
spoke so calmly but firmly to our
son, Brian, who used every verbal strategy in the book to stop what
was happening.
Throughout the day we were contacted several times and asked how WE
were doing. It
was much appreciated. It was also helpful to be told that our
son had been respectful and
was having coffee, eating lunch, etc.
I would not hesitate to recommend these two gentleman to other
parents. If a parent ever
wants to talk to me about the experience I would be happy to share
our experience. We
have had many parents offer support to us along this terrible road
we have been traveling
on.
One thing
you said to me when he called me on that Friday stands
out in my mind. As
we talked about our nightmare he told me that this was the first
step in things becoming
better. It would be a good thing. And I believe he's
right.

you sent to my home to transport my
14 year old son to his therapeutic school were simply
wonderful. Their compassion, experience and gentle
ways allowed my son to leave his home with grace and
without incident. This day was by far the most
difficult day of my life and without your service

son to a safe place. Bless you and your staff for

I just want to thank you very much for the very
professional manner in which your agents, Nancy
and Tom, handled the transport of my daughter from
our home to her school. Since she was
unaware of the transport, it could have been a very
difficult situation and I was quite anxious prior
to their arrival.
Nancy had called me to discuss all the details so
that I felt more at ease before the day of the
transport. When that day arrived, both
agents were calm, friendly and in total control of
all aspects of the situation. My daughter
must have sensed this, because she accompanied
them
without any aggressive resistance and the entire
transport was accomplished smoothly and as
comfortably as could be hoped for given its nature.
